Long Long Time / Linda Ronstadt

1946년 미국 아리조나주 덕슨에서 태어난 Linda Ronstadt는
아버지의 격려로 가수로서 대성할 수 있었습니다.
1965년 스톤포니스라는 그룹을 결성하여
웨스턴에 컨트리가 혼합된 음악으로
클럽위주의 활동 2장의 앨범을 출반한 이들은 해체되고
린다는 솔로로 활동을 재개하게 되었습니다.

1969년에 솔로로 나서서 1970년대와 80년대 미국 Pop과 Country의
그야말로 슈퍼스타로 자리매김 했던 그녀.우리에게도 잘 알려진 그녀의 노래들은,
[Long Long Time], [Different Drum],
[It’s so easy], [Hurts so good],
[Just one Look], [Blue Bayou],
[Don’t Know Much] 등 수없이 많습니다.

세계에서 가장 뛰어난 여성 록 보컬 리스트로 부각된 린다 론스태트는 1977년에 발표한 앨범 「Simple Dreams」에서는 ＜Bule Bayou＞,＜It's So Easy＞,＜Poor Poor Pitiful Me＞, ＜Tumbling Dice＞,＜I Never Will Marry＞ 등 한 앨범에서 다섯 곡의 히트 싱글이 쏟아져 나와 그녀의 앨범 중에서 최고의 앨범이 되기도 하였습니다.
